Who we are
This website, sheroguideuk.online ("the Site"), is operated by References to "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of the Site.
Independence and affiliation
SheroGuide UK is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting on behalf of any mobile network operator, mobile virtual network operator, retailer or handset manufacturer, unless we clearly say otherwise next to a specific listing.
Network names, retailer names, handset names and any trade marks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the products being compared. Their appearance does not imply any partnership or endorsement.
We are not a customer service channel for any network. If you need help with an existing account, bill, fault, unlock or cancellation, please contact your network directly.
We do not sell contracts
We do not sell mobile phones, SIM cards or airtime contracts and we do not take payments for them. When you click a deal, you leave our Site and go to the retailer's or network's own website. Any contract you enter into is between you and that retailer or network, under their terms and conditions, privacy policy, credit checks and cancellation rights. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for the retailer's products, delivery, service, billing or decisions (including credit decisions).
Accuracy of prices and information
We work to keep deal information accurate and up to date, but retailers set and change their prices, allowances, gifts, cashback and availability frequently and without telling us. As a result:
- prices, data allowances, upfront costs and offers shown on the Site may differ from those on the retailer's website;
- a deal may have ended, sold out or changed by the time you click through;
- the price and terms shown by the retailer at checkout are the ones that apply.
The total contract cost we display is calculated as the monthly price multiplied by the minimum contract term, plus any upfront cost. It does not include annual mid-contract price rises, out-of-bundle charges, roaming, premium-rate calls, insurance, add-ons, delivery charges or early termination fees. Most UK networks increase monthly prices each April by a fixed amount set out in their terms; please read those terms carefully.
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We do not cover the whole market
We compare a selection of deals from retailers and networks we choose to list, which may include those we have commercial arrangements with. We do not compare every provider or every deal available in the UK, and there may be cheaper or more suitable deals elsewhere.
Affiliate links and commission
Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click one and then buy, we may receive a commission from the retailer. This does not increase the price you pay. Our default ranking is by total contract cost, not by the commission we receive. Full details are on our How we make money page.
Not financial or professional advice
Content on the Site, including guides, comparisons and phone-line conversations, is general information to help you research. It is not personal financial, legal or technical advice and does not take account of your individual circumstances. Phone contracts that include a handset are typically regulated credit agreements provided by the retailer or network; we do not provide credit or credit broking. Make your own decision and, if needed, seek independent advice.
Coverage and speeds
Mobile coverage and speeds vary by location, building, device and network load. Any information about 4G or 5G availability is general. Please check the network's own coverage checker for your postcode before buying.
Our phone line
Our phone line is provided to help you use the Site and understand deals. We cannot access, change or cancel accounts with any network. Calls to 0330 numbers cost the same as calls to standard UK landline (01/02) numbers and are usually included in inclusive minutes. Calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes, as explained in our Privacy policy.

The Site links to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Please read their terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on the Site, from price or availability differences, or from your dealings with any retailer or network. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
